1. How can I become a VIP on BitBox?

VIP validity period: every Wednesday 15:00~ next Monday

Background crawling period: 15:00 last Wednesday to 15:00 this Wednesday

The platform will automatically clear the previous batch of VIP addresses every Monday, and complete the deployment of a new batch of VIP addresses on Wednesday.

We organize this schedule for preventing the server's high pressure.

2. Where's my inscription fee?

Whether you are a VIP or original user, we will both return your inscription fees, although it actually shows on the UI page.

After the mint, the inscription fee will stay in your wallet. But be aware that, UniSat wallet doesn't support you to use them, so you can import your wallet to OKX wallet and unlock the fees.

At present, there are mixed reviews for OKX wallet unoccupancy, please do it yourself as needed to protect your assets.

This article only provides a method of cancellation and does not bear any loss.

3. Why can't I mint BRC20 tokens and says I don't have enough balance?

Some users may encounter this problem, although they have enough assets to inscribe, but the platform shows like this:

There are some potential reasons:

1) Though your wallet shows enough assets, probably the locked inscription fees occupy too much space, so the available assets aren't sufficient.

2) Maybe your previous order was not finished and occupied the assets, so you can't mint.

3) Simply lack of asset, then you can just deposit more.

4) Our platform server break out.

There's a solution that may help you: Please create a new wallet account on UniSat, and transfer some assets to it, and use this new wallet to mint.

4. What's the difference of the 330 sats and 546 sats?

You may find that we've supported changing inscription fee from 330 sats~10000 sats.

The difference is that, if you choose 330 sats, it will cut down your inscription fees but, your transactions may take longer time compared to the 546 sats(Basis).

The bigger number you choose, the faster your transaction will complete while spent more, of course.
