# How to Send/Receive BRC20 Red Envelop?

> BEVM is an EVM-compatible Bitcoin Layer 2, where users can use BTC as Gas on their EVM addresses to trade BRC20 assets and send Red envelopes using their BRC20 assets.

> $SATS is a leading asset in the Bitcoin ecosystem, sharing the same origin as the smallest unit of Bitcoin, Satoshi (Sats). $SATS also carries the grand narrative of "1 $SATS = 1 Sats."

> Currently, $SATS is the first BRC20 asset supported by BEVM's red envelope feature. Considering the need of many users in the Bitcoin ecosystem and $SATS holders to send and receive $SATS red envelopes, we have created this tutorial to facilitate users' experience with the $SATS red envelope function. To send a $SATS red envelope, users need to have $BTC as Gas on BEVM, as well as the $SATS to be sent in the envelope.

1. **Click Red Envelope or visit** [**https://bswap.bevm.io/#/redEnvelope**](https://bswap.bevm.io/#/redEnvelope) **page. Users can choose between random amount red envelopes (Random) and fixed amount red envelopes (Fixed).**

2. &#x20;**Enter the number of red envelopes (number of recipients), total $SATS amount, and cover for collection, then click "Continue".**

3. **After clicking Continue, a popup will appear in the EVM wallet. Click" Next", "Approve", "Confirm" to finalize the transaction.**

4\. **Once the $SATS red envelope is successfully created, you can click "Create Again" to create another one or Share to share the red envelope.**

5. **After clicking "Share", users can share an image (Download Image) to let others claim $SATS, or invite others to claim $SATS by copying the URL (Copy URL)**.

## How to Receive BRC20 Assets Red Envelop？

1. **Scan the QR code/click red envelop link, paste your BEVM address(EVM address) and click "Open".**

2. **Then you can see how much $SATS you have received. You can also try to send another BRC20 red envelop to your community or share the Red Envelop to invite more users to claim.**

3. **How to check the balance of BRC20 assets you received?**

Click <https://bswap.bevm.io/#/swap> or <https://bswap.bevm.io/#/redEnvelope> to check the balance of BRC20 assets directly.
